CLEAR THE SHELTERS SPECIAL ADOPTION EVENT

Come help us clear the shelters and get as many of our residents adopted as possible! On September 6th, 7th, and 8th from noon – 5pm at our shelter in Peyton, we will have special adoption fees, discounts, vendors, tours, and of course, so many deserving faces. We hope to see you there!

If you love dogs, this event is for you! Our annual Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year, when we get together with friends and supporters to share about our mission and where we are heading. With over 20,000 dogs rescued since 2007, we are just getting started!

CLEAR THE SHELTERS 2024

National Mill Dog Rescue is thrilled to join the Clear the Shelters national campaign! From August 10th to September 10th, we’ll be part of a collective effort to find forever homes for tens of thousands of animals nationwide. This is a significant event in the animal rescue community!
During this month-long campaign, we’re calling on all animal lovers to adopt a dog from us and help us clear our shelters. Not ready to adopt? You can still make a difference by donating to support our mission.

Rescue & Restore

Why become a monthly donor?

Our mission depends profoundly on the kindness and dedication of supporters like you. Becoming an Angel Donor sets up an automatic monthly withdrawal that helps us continue our mission and care for our dogs. You can make a difference in the lives of some very deserving dogs without having to give it a second thought!

Do you love reading books?

Our Rescue Readers program is back! Socializing with rescued dogs is not only fulfilling, it helps our dogs to become accustomed to human interaction. This activity is appropriate for ages elementary through high school.
